[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Heavy Industries (009540) said on July 27 that it has agreed to sell 5,678,250 of its shares in Hyundai Finance Corp. to Hyundai Miraero, its newly established affiliate, for 33.3 billion won (US$29.36 million).

The share price is set at 5,680 won a piece.
