[DISCLOSURE] Intekplus Ltd. (064290) announced on July 29 that it plans to acquire patents from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology for devices used to measure fluorescence lifetime. The firm will pay 35.2 million won (US$31,305) for the patents.
