[DISCLOSURE] KD Pharm (011040) announced on July 27 that it will repurchase 150,000 of its own shares, worth 2.88 billion won (US$2.53 million), to stabilize its stock price and increase value for stockholders. The repurchase will be managed by Meritz Securities (008560).
