[DISCLOSURE] TS Corporation (001790) will sell 200,000 shares of its affiliate TS Bank at 88.5 billion won (US$77.9 million) to improve financial structure and revamp business structure, it announced on July 19. This amounts to 20.83 percent of its equity capital.
