[DISCLOSURE] LOT Vacuum (083310) has signed a 1.04 billion won (US$905,594) contract with Samsung Electronics (005930) to supply dry vacuum pumps for semiconductor manufacturing, it announced on July 13. This amounts to 0.8 percent of its recent revenue.
