[DISCLOSURE] Seven Star Works (121800) will issue convertible bonds worth 5 billion won (US$4.41 million) and offer to JN No.2 investment partnership to finance operations, it announced on July 15. The conversion price is 9,018 won and the conversion period is between July 15, 2017 and June 15, 2019.
