[DISCLOSURE] Smart Information Technology Global (050320) will issue stocks worth 3 billion won (US$2.62 million) for capital increase to fund purchase of other corporation’s stocks, it announced on July 14. The issue price is 16,450 won and the listing date is Aug. 4.
