[DISCLOSURE] CoAsia Holdings (045970) announced on July 13 that its subsidiary Itswell will sell the headquarters building and land for 25 billion won (US$21.85 million) to improve financial structure by debt repayment. This amounts to 12.87 percent of its equity capital.
