[DISCLOSURE] Doosan Engineering & Construction (011160) will offer its Changwon plant site and building as collateral worth 110 billion won (US$96.15 million) for its affiliate Doosan Mecatec’s 126.42 billion won debt. This amounts to 7.78 percent of its equity capital.
