[DISCLOSURE] New Pride (900100) announced on July 7 that its largest shareholder has changed to SRV Enterprises (Cyprus) from Golden Eye Capital as it will participate in its 18 billion won (US$15.5 million) capital increase with third party allotment. SRV, a British merger and management consulting firm, will own 8.7 percent stake.
