[DISCLOSURE] DGB Financial Group (139130) announced on July 6 that its largest shareholder has changed to National Pension Service from Samsung Life Insurance (032830). NPS took over 7.09 percent stake (11,988,886 shares) while the insurance company’s stake remains the same at 6.95 percent.
