[DISCLOSURE] CoAsia Holdings (045970) has acquired EastBridge Asian Mid-Market Opportunity Fund’s entire stake of its subsidiary Itswell for 12.8 billion won (US$11.1 million), it announced on July 1. This amounts to 10.2 percent of its equity capital. CoAsia took over 1,666,666 shares and now owns 82.56 percent stake.
