[DISCLOSURE] Diotek (108860) announced on July 1 that it has acquired 2,108,345 shares of its affiliate Infraware (041020) from its largest shareholder Kwak Min-cheol for 12 billion won (US$10.4 million) to improve financial structure. Diotek now is the largest shareholder of the software developer.
