[DISCLOSURE] SeAH BeSteel (001430) announced on July 1 that it has acquired 7.19 million shares of its affiliate SeAH CSS for 166.8 billion won (US$144.9 million) to consolidate its controlling stake. This amounts to 8.7 percent of its equity capital and it now owns 74.8 percent of its subsidiary.
