[DISCLOSURE] Gemini Investment (019570) announced on July 1 that it has taken over 204,711 shares of Sungjee Construction (005980) for 1.5 billion won (US$1.3 million) from the construction company’s affiliate Ivy Club. This amounts to 9.28 percent of its equity capital. The investment company’s stake increased to 2.5 percent (243,704 shares).
