[DISCLOSURE] Haengnam China (008800) will sell 39.6 million shares of its subsidiary The Kwangju Ilbo for 3.98 billion won (US$3.4 million) to improve financial structure, it announced on June 30. Its stake in the newspaper company will drop to 1.5 percent (1.2 million shares).
