[DISCLOSURE] Hansol Seentec (099660) will issue stocks worth 19.8 billion won (US$16.8 million) to finance operations, the power plant builder announced on June 28. The subscription will be open to public and the issue price is 1,455 won. The listing date is Sept. 21.
