DIO to build joint company in Shanghai, investing W278m
[DISCLOSURE] DIO (039840) said on Aug. 18 it has decided to invest 278.5 million won (US$251,800) to build a joint corporation, DIO FO Medical Instrument, in cooperation with Shanghai Foshion Medical Systems, a local dental company in Shanghai. It will own 51 percent stake in the company. The investment cost is equivalent to 0.33 percent of the DIO’s equity capital.
