LG CNS completes merger of unmanned aircraft company
[DISCLOSURE] Information solutions firm LG CNS said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of its subsidiary Oneseen Skytech, an unmanned aircraft-maker. It purchased shares of Onesee Skytech held by a local firm and transformed them into those for LG CNS. The information technology solutions developer plans to distribute the new 21,783 stocks of CNS at 20,000 won ($17) per share, created through the merger process of the subsidiary, to its executives and employees.
