[THE INVESTOR] US is to levy antidumping tariffs on South Korean corrosion-resistant steel products, the Korea International Trade Association said on July 22. According to KITA, the United States International Trade Commission ruled that South Korean corrosion-resistant steel was damaging to the US steel industry, and decided to levy the antidumping tariffs. POSCO to complete feasibility study on Iran project by Sept.
[THE INVESTOR] Steelmaker POSCO said on July 1 that a feasibility study for building a steel mill in Iran will be completed by end-September. The steelmaker said that it will then decide whether to go ahead with the project or not. POSCO’s Saudi automobile project could face overhaul

Creditors may give Hanjin Shipping more time to restructure
[THE INVESTOR] Creditors, led by the state-run Korea Development Bank, plans on giving some breathing room to Hanjin Shipping to stay afloat, by extending the due date of its corporate rehabilitation program.
