Freecore launches ‘ongil.net,’ a business-matching platform based on travel itineraries shared by tourists

Freecore, a DIY mobile platform startup, recently announced that it has launched “ongil.net,” a business-matching platform based on travel destinations sought out by tourists.
The DIY mobile platform “Mobile Oven,” upon which ongil.net is based, allows individuals or business operators to create their own mobile applications, even if they have no knowledge in the area.

The recently launched ongil.net uses Mobile Oven to enable tourists to share with others -- through a system that processes content into an easily shareable format -- details on where they traveled and information on their trips to particular destinations. Tourists can then use this content to make their travels more efficient and entertaining, while tourism businesses can use it for marketing purposes.
“ongil.net serves as a distribution channel by combining tourism content with personal interests,” Said Peter Hong, CEO.

Because it is a form of closed social media, ongil.net enables the exchange of useful information in areas of shared interest, which is the service’s greatest advantage. The service is also capable of freely utilizing the tourism databases of public institutions.
“Based on the shared experiences of tourists, information of public institutions, and mobile app registration by local businesses, ongil.net has taken on a comprehensive multimedia structure; it even provides O2O service,” Hong said.
