[THE INVESTOR] Samsung Electronics (005930) opened 14,000 won (1.76%) higher from the previous closing. Samsung C&T (028260) and Hana Financial Group (086790) each rose 4,000 won (4.98%) and 600 won (3.75%) to 162,000 won and 32,450 won. However, KEPCO (015760) opened 900 won lower at 52,200 won.
