[DISCLOSURE] YG Entertainment (122870) announced on Aug. 31 at its extraordinary shareholders meeting that it has named Tang Xiaoming of Shanghai Fengying Business Consultant Partnership as a new outside director, who will serve until Aug. 30, 2019.
