Samhwa Crown & Closure to hand out cash dividends worth W930m

[DISCLOSURE] Samhwa Crown & Closure (004450) said on Aug. 5 that it has decided on cash dividends of 500 won (US$0.45) per share, totaling 930 million won. The dividend rate is 1.14 percent.

The date of record was June 30 and the due date for payment is Aug. 18.
