Drinks at Starbucks will sell for half price during the company’s 17th year anniversary event period this week, Starbucks Coffee Korea announced on Wednesday.

The “Happy Hour” event will be held from Thursday to Saturday, between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at more than 900 Starbucks stores nationwide in Korea.

Exceptions to the event are stores at leisure complexes Vivaldi Park Ocean World and Phoenix Park, as well as expressway service station Majang Premium.

Non-barista-made drinks such as Starbucks Reserve, Fizzio and Affogato, as well as a few bottled drinks are excluded from discounts.

Each person is limited to a single purchase a day, two drinks at maximum. Drive-thru customers are also limited to two drinks per car.

Membership benefits such as Starbucks reward points can still be saved upon purchase of happy hour drinks.

However, telecommunication membership benefits tied in with Starbucks, mobile gift cards, and Starbucks mobile application Siren Order will not be available.

Extra shot, syrup or whipping cream will incur additional charge of 600 won (50c).

Starbucks is offering seven different kinds of limited edition goods marked with 17th anniversary emblem, including flasks, tumblers, mugs and cup holders.
