Samsung SDS said it plans to provide its clients at home and in the Asia-Pacific region with services based on SAP’s enterprise cloud.

The partnership will also help enterprise clients be supported with stable cloud services for key work systems in the areas of finance, sales and purchases with low investment, the company said.

“We expect to find new enterprise solution opportunities and to expand our business scope in cooperation with SAP,” Samsung SDS’ chief Chung Yoo-sung said at the signing ceremony.

Bernd Leukert, a director of SAP’s product and innovation management, said, “We are proud of working with Samsung SDS with our enterprise cloud -- SAP’s one of the core services.”

“We will support our clients to build a stable cloud environment with solutions in diverse industries,” Leukert added.

Samsung SDS has worked with SAP for the installation and operation of enterprise resource planning, a system helping the management’s decision-making by connecting core business processes.
