Representatives of universities around the world began discussions on social responsibilities of higher education and global partnerships among academia Tuesday, the second day of the international presidential forum, organizers said.
The 2016 International Presidential Forum on Global Research Universities (IPFGRU), hosted by the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), held an opening ceremony at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in central Seoul.
