Incheon International Airport, Seoul's main gateway, has been named the world's best airport for the 10th consecutive year, officials said Thursday.

Global Traveler, a U.S. magazine for business travelers, announced that the airport grabbed the 2015 GT Tested Reader Survey Award as the best in the business, extending its own record winning streak to 10 years, the Incheon International Airport Corporation said.

Singapore Changi International Airport and Munich Airport were ranked second and third, respectively.

This year's survey has been conducted in more than 80 categories ranging from airlines, hotels and other travel-related products. More than 22,000 people have responded between January and September.

"It means that huge numbers of travelers from the world had Incheon airport in mind when they thought of the best airport in the world," said Park Wan-soo, the chief of the IIAC. "We will make more efforts to guarantee we can satisfy our clients with the best facilities and services." (Yonhap)
