AmorePacific is attending this year’s Seoul Lantern Festival, held from Nov. 6-22, with its GREENCYCLE recycling campaign and an artwork display.
The company’s GREENCYCLE campaign is an environmentally friendly event that recycles and upcycles cosmetics containers. AmorePacific opened a GREENCYCLE art gallery earlier this year, displaying art pieces made from used containers.
AmorePacific will also display a lighted artwork at the Seoul Lantern Festival 2015, which includes an emblem commemorating the company’s 70th anniversary and a 3-meter-tall structure of a cushion compact partially created from recycled cosmetic containers.
There are also plans for a booth at the festival where participants can make flowerpots from empty containers and other various environmentally friendly programs.

After the Seoul Lantern Festival, the artwork will be taken to N Seoul Tower, where it will be put on display for citizens and tourists until January.
