[Advertising Award] SK Broadband prioritizes customer satisfaction

SK Broadband has always been at the forefront of technology trends, being the first in the world to commercialize high-speed Internet ADSL in 1999, and the first in Korea to establish an IPTV service in 2006.

On the basis of our management policy that gives priority to enhancing customer value, SK Broadband is making its best efforts to bring happiness and value to them in an era of convergence.

For this, we are promoting customer care programs that offer them opportunities for positive experiences.

We promise to enhance customer satisfaction with our services through our management policy that emphasizes customer value.

Additionally, SK Broadband won first place in five of the national assessment indexes this year, including the National Customer Satisfaction Index, Korean Customer Satisfaction Index and the Korean Standard Service Quality Index.

Based on this, the advertisement that won the award featured SK Broadband being a five-time winner for customer satisfaction. We directed and produced the advertisement with the intention of presenting the image of SK Broadband as a leading company, and included five stars (for each award), as well as an overall image of grandness and confidence.
