Korean Twitter users had a rare chance to communicate directly with U.S. ambassador to South Korea Mark Lippert through a question-and-answer session organized by Twitter Korea on Thursday.

It was the second tweet session with VIPs in Korea, organized by Twitter Korea, after one with K-pop boy band GOT7 earlier this week.

During the session, users of the microblogging service communicated with the envoy via 140-character posts, or tweets.

Some of the questions posed to Lippert varied from his bucket list to his opinions on U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump, to some educational programs useful for Korean students.

The U.S. ambassador to Korea has used Twitter as medium for better communication with Koreans. Some grammatical errors made when he writes in Korean have been embraced warmly by the Korean users. He also runs a Twitter account for his dog Grigsby.

The Q&A session was held for around 40 minutes from 4:50 p.m. at Twitter Korea’s exclusive chatting space for VIP guests, called Blueroom. The Blueroom hashtag chatting is serviced in some nations including France and Australia.
