Hyundai Mobis, the auto parts maker of Hyundai Motor Group, has ranked fourth among top 100 global parts manufacturers in terms of sales, according to data on Wednesday.

Hyundai Mobis posted $33.35 billion in sales last year, following Germany’s Bosch, Japan’s Denso and Canada’s Magna International, according to the latest monthly report by FOURIN, Japanese automobile research firm.

The auto parts maker climbed one notch from last year. This also marks the first time a Korean auto parts company has entered the top 4 on the list.

The report showed that six Korean companies made it to the top 100 list and up to four of them were Hyundai Motor Group affiliates.

With Hyundai Mobis going strong on the list, Germany-based automotive manufacturing firm Continental was pushed down to the fifth place with sales of $32.9 billion during the same period.

Hyundai has been expanding its global presence by inking a supply contract for integrated center stack worth about 22 billion won ($18.5 million).

Last year, Hyundai Mobis saw its sales jump 9.9 percent from $30.3 billion in 2013, showing the fastest growth among the top five global auto parts manufacturers.
