Ottogi has launched a full range of processed food and sauces for campers.

“At this time of the year we see a sales increase of processed foods by around 30 percent as people enjoy outdoor activities, especially camping,” an Ottogi spokesman said.

The Ottogi Original Barbecue Sauce is infused with herbs and red wine, a match for pork belly, steak or chicken wings. The Ottogi Barbecue Hot Sauce grabs the flavor of charcoal and even spicier red pepper.

For those who prefer to have non-barbecue menu items, the company released canned tuna -- the “Ttukttak Red Pepper Tuna” and “Ttukttak Kimchi and Fish Egg,” as well as “Ttukttak Even Spicier Red Pepper Tuna.” Saury and fermented bean paste are also offered. They can be paired with ready-made steamed brown rice.

For noodle lovers, the company launched noddle sauce in a pouch so that people can carry the ingredients outdoors without having to scale them. The soup made with either mackerel, beef or smoked herring targets noodle fans who enjoy a hotpot.

Broths for some of the most-loved menus have also been released -- from kimchi and fermented bean pastes to tofu and grinded beans.

Seven kinds of iced desserts, orange, lemon, coconut, pineapple, cocoa, mango and pina colada shaved ice are also in the lineup, all without artificial coloring or flavors.
