Following the news of the tragic death of K-pop girl group Ladies’ Code member EunB, fans went on to purchase the act’s past single “I’m Fine Thank You” to propel the group to the top of the charts.

As a way to offer their condolences, Ladies’ Code fans went online to purchase the year-old single “I’m Fine Thank You” from the group’s second EP “Pretty Pretty;” and as of Thursday morning, the song has topped all nine of the major online music streaming sites.

The movement was started by a group of fans who encouraged the public through social media and various online communities to purchase the single to reportedly fulfill EunB’s lifelong dream of reaching the top of the charts. The act of consolation has officially given Ladies’ Code its first No. 1 single since debuting last year.

The 21-year-old EunB was killed after the driver of the group’s van ― carrying all five of the members plus two other passengers ― lost control while driving down the Yeongdong Expressway and crashed. Members Sojung and Ri-sae were reported to have been seriously injured and remain in critical condition.
