A yoga studio in New York is set to hold coed naked classes after limiting its sultry sessions to men only for the past seven years, Business Insider reported.

Under the Bold & Naked Yoga studio’s new policy, participants in the classes will not be allowed to wear a single article of clothing during instruction.

“The first thing that comes to mind is you save a lot of money -- you don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on Lululemon,” Bold & Naked co-owner Joschi Schwarz said. Practicing naked frees people from negative feelings about their body, according to the studio’s website.

Touching other participants is acceptable, but only if its nonsexual in nature.

“We are both European, so we are pretty liberal to begin with,” Schwarz said. “I was a little bit scared of New Yorkers’ reactions, but New York is coming with us. I hope they will realize how cool and freeing and liberating it can really be” he added.
