The hotel has won the award for the second straight year. The travel magazine picks the winning hotels based on reviews by business travelers and its readers. Lotte Hotel Seoul also came second in the category of meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions ― or MICE ― beating other prominent hotels like Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong.
“We are deeply honored to win first place in the Best Hotel in Korea and second place in the Best MICE Hotel. We will become a global hotel chain recognized for distinguished services even outside Korea,” said Song Yong-dok, president and CEO of Lotte Hotel.
