리설주, “포르노 제작 관련” 추문에 北 “미친 X소리”

북한은 김정은 국방위원회 제1위원장의 부인 리설주와 관련된 국내 언론의 최근 보도에 대해 22일 원색적인 비난을 퍼부었다.

조선중앙통신은 22일자 논평에서 남측이 "어용 매체들을 통해 감히 우리의 최고 존엄을 비방중상하는 모략적 악담질을 꺼리낌없이 해대고 있다"며 "용납할 수 없는 특대형 도발"이자 "천인공노할 범죄행위"라고 비난했다.

이어 이번 보도에 대해 “정신병자들의 망발,” “미친 X소리” 등 원색적인 비난을 퍼부었으며 이러한 내용에 귀를 기울일 사람도 없다고 주장했다. 또한 “‘처형’이니‘은폐’는 모략설”이라며 “이는 우리 최고 존엄에 대한 용납할 수 없는 특대형 도발이며 미치광이들이 아니고서는 감행할 수 없는 천인공노할 범죄행위”라고 맹비난했다.

북측이 문제 삼은 것은 국내 여러 언론이 21일 아사히 신문을 인용해 한 보도인데, 이에 따르면 북한은 최근 리설주와 관련된 추문을 은폐하기 위해 은하수관현악단과 왕재산예술단 단원 9명을 지난 8월 공개처형했다고 한다.

이들 9명은 자신들이 출연한 포르노를 제작했다는 혐의를 받았으며, 이들이 “리설주도 전에는 자신들과 똑같이 놀았다”고 한 적이 있다고 한다. 리설주는 은하수관현악단의 일원으로 활동했던 것으로 알려졌다.

이에 김정은 제1위원장이 이러한 추문이 리설주와 얽혀 외부에 알려지는 것을 우려해 이들을 체포, 총살했다는 것이 보도의 내용이다.

두 악단은 현재 해산되었으며 처형된 이들의 가족은 정치범 수용소에 보내졌다고 한다.

조선중앙통신은 “오늘 북남관계가 또다시 엄중한 사태에 직면하게 된 것은 괴래패당이 보수언론의 사환군들을 내몰아 온갖 비열하고 너절한 모략과 날조의 궤변을 늘어놓게 한 것과 관련된다”고 주장하였다. (코리아헤럴드)

N. Korea raps reports of Ri Sol-ju’s ‘porn scandal’

North Korea on Sunday berated the South Korean media for reports suggesting that Kim Jong-un’s wife Ri Sol-ju was in some way involved in the recent pornography scandal rumored to have recently taken place in the reclusive country.

Multiple South Korean news outlets on Saturday reported that nine musicians and dancers from Unhasu Orchestra and Wangjaesan Light Music Band were executed in August to cover up suggestions that they had made pornography. Ri is thought to have been a member of Unhasu Orchestra.

The reports quoted the musicians as saying that Ri “used to play with us the same way.”

“(The South) is using government-controlled outlets to dare revile our ‘highest dignity’ with slander and defamation,” Pyongyang’s official Korean Central News Agency said in its editorial. The communist country refers to its leader Kim and his family as the highest dignity.

“As foretold, our army of 10 million will mercilessly punish anyone who impertinently picks on our highest dignity,” the KCNA said.

Both Unhasu Orchestra and Wangjaesan Light Music Band were reportedly disbanded after the incident.

The KNCA also blamed the South Korean government for “allowing lowly fabrications and schemes of conservative media,” and said Seoul’s attitude had soured inter-Korean relations.

The bilateral relations hit a major stumbling block last week when Pyongyang unilaterally postponed the reunions of separated families that had been scheduled for this week.
