After the release of her latest EP “A’s Doll House” on July 12, Ailee is now determined to spread her wings abroad and take on the Japanese music market.

Through a contract with Warner Music Japan, the young soloist is preparing to make her official debut in Japan in November with the Japanese version of her hit debut single “Heaven,” according to her agency YMC Entertainment.

“Since the beginning of her career we have been preparing for her debut in Japan and she has even been learning Japanese,” a representative from YMC stated. “After introducing her to the Japanese market, we intend to plan full-scale activities throughout Asia.”

The agency also claimed that Ailee has plans to become active in the U.S. as well and is currently working on tracks with an American producer.

Ailee first made her singing career debut in February 2012. After the release of her first EP “I’ll Show You,” she rose to stardom as one of the country’s successful new artists, winning a number of awards including the Mnet Asian Music Award’s “Best New Female” title and the “Rookie Award” at the annual Seoul Music Awards.
