AmorePacific this week announced it would launch a campaign to mark the 10th year anniversary of its program to support female bread-winners of underprivileged families.

The cosmetics company is receiving donations for the program, both on and off-line, until June 28, for its “Hope Store.” Online, the website http://makeupyourlife.amorepacific.com is open for all, while AmorePacific also will operate separate zones at their nationwide branches where people can drop by to show their support.

The Hope Store is a series of start-ups run by single women who support their families. The funds for each start-up are provided at low interest by AmorePacific based on the inheritance left behind by the company founder Suh Sung-hwan, with the Beautiful Foundation as the executor. The 200th store is set to open this year.

The company has selected 22 executives to help with the fund-raising by promoting the campaign throughout the country, to their neighbors, colleagues and others.

Also as a part of the promotion efforts, AmorePacific plans to make public its “Sharing Recipe,” a guidebook on how executives can better contribute to social contribution campaigns.
