Acacia wine dinner with Penfolds at Grand Hilton Seoul

The hotel’s outdoor Lotus Hill Garden presents the Australian premium Penfold’s Bin series. It includes Thomas Hyland Chardonnay, Penfold’s Bin 128 Shiraz, Penfold’s Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz and Saint-Henri Shiraz. The course menu includes marbled goose liver, red snapper, caviar, milk-fed veal steak, smoked lobster ravioli and black truffle. For desserts, a selection of cheeses, yuzu mousse, bitter chocolate, cinnamon espuma, raspberry rhubarb sherbet and more are available. The dinner is priced at 200,000 won, including tax. Thai food promotion at Hyatt Regency Incheon

The hotel’s Noodle at Restaurant 8 offers a “Thai Food Promotion” from May 22 to June 2 with two guest chefs from the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin in Thailand. During the promotion, 29 dishes will be presented including tom yam kung, somtam, pad thai and local Thai foods that are rarely introduced in Korea. An a la carte menu is available from Monday to Friday for lunch, and a buffet is available from Friday night to Sunday. Furthermore, a Thai cooking class will be held on May 25, 28 and 30 and June 1. Participants can prepare an authentic six-course Thai menu including salad, soup and curry with the Thai chefs. Poolside BBQ at Grand Hyatt Seoul

The hotel opens its Poolside Barbecue on May 9, featuring fresh seafood including cuttlefish, prawns, salmon and more along with a wide array of prime beef, chicken, lamb chops and homemade sausages, all charcoal-grilled to order. It also provides a buffet of fresh salads, appetizers, side dishes and desserts. Unlimited wine, draft beer and soft drinks are available for an additional charge. The Poolside Barbecue is open from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The price is 84,700 won for adults, 42,350 won for children and 133,100 won for unlimited beverages. All prices include tax. ‘Gourmet Cruise’ at THE PLAZA

THE PLAZA’s Italian restaurant Tuscany offers the “Gourmet Cruise.” It is a culinary promotion at the hotel using ingredients selected by the chefs straight from their place of origin. This time, the head chef Samuel Zucca will introduce three special ingredients: Hokkaido hairy crabs, ocean trout, and beef cheek. The course includes a potato croquette with Hokkaido hairy crab meat, soup of the day, homemade pasta with ghitarra (a special pasta cutting instrument) topped with the hairy crab meat, pan-fried ocean trout, beef cheek steamed in cabernet sauvignon, and desserts. ‘Private sake gala dinner’ at Park Hyatt Busan

The hotel’s signature restaurant Dining Room presents a “Private Sake Gala Dinner” on May 14 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. It introduces high-quality sakes from Kubota, sashimi of Dokdo shrimp and Jeju rock sea bream, marinated Yeongdeok flounder sushi, and charcoal-grilled Wagyu steak. In addition, a total of five different sake brands will be presented by Sanjo Masamichi, master sake sommelier of Kubota, in perfect pairing with the special menu prepared by the restaurant’s executive chef. Moreover, sparkling wine and soft drinks are available as a welcoming complimentary drink, while homemade mango ice-flake, coffee or premium tea selection is to be served for dessert.
