HUFS to hold talent contest for foreign students

Hankuk University of Foreign Studies is holding a talent contest for foreign students in May.

The contest is open to all international students and up to 10 of them can enter together. Performances should be of either K-pop songs or traditional dance, songs or other performances from Korea or elsewhere, with a time limit of 5 minutes.

The top prize will be 1 million won, with nine other teams winning prizes of 100,000 to 500,000 won. Hopefuls should enter by downloading the application form from www.korean.ac.kr and send it in by April 26.

The finalists will be decided in a preliminary round. Contestants can choose between online and offline preliminaries. To compete online, they should send a video file or website link with the application. The offline round is at HUFS on May 3 at 2 p.m.
