The Seoul Dasom school announced that it would host a ceremony next week for its first three graduates.

Established in March 2012, it is first and only alternative school in Seoul designed to support children from multicultural families who have immigrated.

The immigrant students are those who were born and raised in a different country but moved to Korea in their preteens. They include children of international spouses and migrant workers.

The public alternative school currently teaches Korean, computer and tourism skills to its 44 students.
