The brother of Kevin Federline, Britney Spears’ ex-husband, has claimed that he fathered the pop star’s first child, according to local news reports.

Christopher Federline said that he is the father of Spear’s oldest son, Sean Preston, when he filed for a temporary restraining order against Spears.

Federline alleged that Spears harassed him over the fact that they cheated together while Spears was married to his brother Kevin Fedrline.

“She is out-of-control and a maniac,” Federline said in the court filings. He claimed that Spears racked up $4,500 from his bank account and stole his credit card only to go on a shopping spree.

Federline confesses that Spears threatened to expose their previous affair unless he kept silent.

“She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin,” said Federline.

“I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know,” said Federline.

또한 페더라인은 “스피어스는 자신의 행각을 경찰에 신고하면 이를 세상에 알리겠다고 협박했다,”라고도 덧붙였다.
