The Ritz-Carlton, Seoul has been awarded numerous prestigious awards including the Best Brand Awards by The Korea Herald for its quality service and innovative management philosophies.
Since its opening in 1995, the hotel has established a reputation as a high-end luxury hotel in Seoul with its signature luxury interior, attentive service and comfort.
It earned the prestigious Korean Architecture Award in 1995 and topped the National Customer Satisfaction Index, issued by the Korean Standards Association, several times.

The hotel features a total of 375 rooms, including 47 suites. It boasts one of the best presidential suites in the world, which received the Gold Key Award that recognizes the best suite room with excellent interior design.
The presidential suite offers a space of luxury, comfort and technology, featuring a bedroom, living room and state-of-the-art meeting room. The room is also decorated with paintings by Pablo Picasso and Roy Lichtenstein.
The hotel has six restaurants including an all-day fine dining restaurant The Garden, Chinese restaurant Cheehong, Oksan Buffet, Ritz Deli and The Ritz Bar. The Garden, located on the lobby floor, is famous for its outdoor garden which can host parties and weddings.
The hotel is also fully equipped with an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor golf range, and a fitness club. The fitness club, renovated recently, offers the best workout programs to meet the needs and conditions of each guest, state-of-the-art fitness equipments, different exercise programs, including yoga and special stretching sessions that are led by professional trainers.
Meeting rooms include five ballrooms and two meeting rooms, all equipped with advanced simultaneous interpretation system as well as sound and lighting system. The Ballroom, totaling 1,449 square meters in area, boasts capacity to host 500 guests and a variety of events from banquets to seminars.
