In this age of convergence, we have been making our utmost efforts to consolidate SK Broadband as the new leader of the global mobile service market, and provide happiness and infinite value to our client.

Leading technological trends around the world, SK Broadband was the world’s first to succeed in commercializing a super-fast digital subscriber line called ADSL back in 1999. In 2006, it provided settled the nation’s first VOD based on IPTV services.

With a new wired service brand “B,” we have been pushing for a stronger synergy with SK Telecom “T.”

And as for our client to have a positive experience, we have been developing and supplying a distinguished set of “customer-care programs.”

This reflects our core strategy to build a stable clientele through customer-centered management, securing more customers with high brand-loyalty compared to our rival companies.

We have accumulated countless efforts and experience in positive customer-experience management, winning awards in the customer satisfaction sector. That is, we have been raising our customers’ loyalty for our brand to a high degree.

We, SK Broadband, ranked No. 1 the past two consecutive years in the NCSI, National Customer Satisfaction Index, issued by the Korea Productivity Center.

Our commercial shows an hourglass, signifying our obtaining No. 1 in two consecutive years in NCSI. The hourglass also symbolizes our tremendous gratitude and willingness to pay back our customers’ endless love and favor for SK Broadband.

This year, we have been selected for the “2012 Customers’ Choice of Best Quality Award.” To list a few more, we were honored by the Korean Standards Association with the best award in customer satisfaction among the Korean service sector. And we were chosen by the Korea Management Association Consulting as an outstanding call-center with high evaluation results in the Korea Service Quality Index.
