The U.S. Embassy will run a voting event Saturday at the American Center Korea for U.S. citizens.
Embassy staff will be available to help voters with their absentee ballots, which will be collected by staff, date-marked and forwarded to the appropriate state election agency at no cost to the voter.
Consular officers will be available to assist voters without absentee ballots to register and cast their votes for the federal elections on the same day via www.fvap.gov.
Those looking to use the services at the event should bring a U.S. government issued photo identification and information about their last address in the United States.
Further voting help is available via VOTESEOUL@state.gov.
The voting event runs 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the American Center Korea in Yongsan-gu opposite the USO. To get there, leave Exit 6 of Sookmyung Women’s University Station and walk straight. The center is on the left.
