Facebook has opened its App Center in Korean, two months after it began offering the service in English.

People will be able to find popular mobile game apps like FarmVille, Ninja Showdown and SimCity Social through the Facebook app store established for Korean users, its officials said.

The mobile applications listed on the App Center have been chosen through the evaluations of its users and there are over 130 games that are played by Facebook users, which number up to 250 million people worldwide per month, said Facebook officials.

The Facebook App Center can be personalized and localized because it recommends mobile and online games that are played by the user’s friends listed on the social networking service.

It also features apps in entertainment, lifestyle, music, news, photos and videos, sports, and travel and local as well as utilities.

“It has become easier to share your apps with your friends, who are also Facebook users, through the service which has gone global,” its officials said.

Exclusively designed for Facebook users, the App Center can be accessed on the Web as well as through mobile handsets, according to company officials.
