WATERLOO, Ontario (AP) ― South Korea’s Park In-bee shot a 5-under 66 on Saturday to take a two-stroke lead after the third round of the inaugural Manulife Financial LPGA Classic.

The 2008 U.S. Women’s Open champion had a 14-under 199 total at Grey Silo. She rebounded from a bogey on the par-3 17th with a birdie on the par-5 18th.

Brittany Lang and Seo Hee-kyung shot a 67 to reach 12 under, and Anna Nordqvist was 10 under after a 67.

China’s Shanshan Feng, coming off a major victory two weeks ago in the LPGA Championship, was 9 under along with Karin Sjodin, Nicole Hage and first-round leader Sandra Changkija. Feng had a 70, Sjodin shot 69, Hage 67 and Changkija 69. Stacy Lewis, a two-time winner this year, had a 69 to top the group at 8 under.

Michelle Wie was even par after a 73.

Kyung Kim wins Public Links

NESHANIC STATION, New Jersey (AP) ― Kim Kyung won the U.S. Women’s Amateur Public Links on Saturday, beating Ashlan Ramsey 4 and 2 in the 36-hole final at Neshanic Valley.

The 18-year-old Kim, took a 2-up lead with a birdie on the 32nd hole, won the 33rd with another birdie and took the 34th with a par to close out the match.

“I just can’t believe it,” said Kim, who will be a freshman at Southern California this fall. “It was a long week, but to be finally done and to win, it’s pretty amazing.”

Fighting 20-mph wind, Kim had 10 birdies in 34 holes.

“I didn’t know I had ten birdies,” said Kim. “That’s so much.”

Davis, Thatcher tied for lead

CROMWELL, Connecticut (AP) ― Englishman Brian Davis shot a 6-under 64, and Roland Thatcher had a 65 on Saturday to share the third-round lead in the Travelers Championship at 12 under.

Both are looking for their first win on the PGA Tour.

Davis made an early move, shooting a 29 on the front nine with six birdies. Thatcher overtook him with three straight birdies on the back nine and had a one-stroke lead before missing a 7-foot par putt on No. 17.

Seventeen other players were within five strokes of the lead entering the final round.

Willett in charge at BMW International

PULHEIM, Germany (AP) ― England’s Danny Willett remained in pursuit of his first European Tour victory after shooting 69 on Saturday to lead by a shot at 12 under after three rounds of the BMW International Open.

The 24-year-old Willett moved ahead of England’s Chris Wood (70) and Chilean-born Swede Joel Sjoholm (72) on the Gut Larcenhof course.

“I feel good about my game and today I drove the ball really well,” Willett said. “I dropped a few shots here and there but holed a good few putts to make birdie or par.”
