A 46-year-old man was arrested after police said he stabbed another man in the chest at a New York City library because the man was watching porn on a computer.
Police sources said Ralph Neptune, who is homeless, was with his wife at the Brooklyn Heights branch of the Brooklyn Public Library when he saw porn on the 52-year-old victim‘s screen about 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, the New York Daily News reported.
“He was with his wife and he accused the other guy of looking at porn,” a police source said. “The guy looking at porn picked up a chair and hits him. The guy who was offended said, ‘I have a knife,‘ and stabs him in the chest.”
The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injures, police said.
Neptune was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and criminal possession of marijuana.

미국 에서 40대 남성이 포르노를 봤다는 이유로 다른 남자를 흉기로 공격하는 사건이 발생했다.
현지 경찰에 따르면 노숙인인 랄프 넵튠 (46)은 15일(현지시간) 그의 아내와 함께 뉴욕 브루클린 도서관을 방문했다가 52세 남성이 컴퓨터에서 음란물을 시청하는 것을 목격했다.
넵튠이 이 사실을 지적하자 포르노를 보고 있던 남성은 의자로 그를 내리쳤고, 분노한 넵튠은 흉기를 들고 남성를 찔렀다. 피해자는 인근 병원으로 이송되어 치료를 받았다.
넵튠은 폭행, 위협, 불법 무기 소지와 더불어 마리화나 소지 혐의를 받고있다.
