Obama daughters not on Facebook

WASHINGTON (AP) _ Don't expect to find the president's daughters on Facebook anytime soon.

President Barack Obama says in an interview with People Magazine that he does not let his daughters, 13-year-old Malia and 10-year-old Sasha, use the popular social networking website.

Obama says his daughters say they would not want to have a lot of people they don't know knowing their business.

The president and first lady Michelle Obama told the magazine their favorite TV shows. Mrs. Obama and the girls like ABC's ``Modern Family.'' The president enjoys HBO's ``Boardwalk Empire'' and Showtime's ``Homeland.''

오바마, 두 딸에게 '페이스북' 금지령

앞으로는 버락 오바마 미국 대통령의 두 딸인 말리아(13) 와 사샤(13)의 사진을 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS) 페이스북에서 볼 수 없게 된다.

오바마 대통령은 미국의 연예잡지 피플과의 인터뷰를 통해 두 딸이 페이스북을 사용할 수 없게 했다고 밝혔다.

페이스북 금지령에 대해 오바마 대통령은 두 딸이 모르는 많은 이들을 사귀고 싶지 않다고 말했기 때문이라고 전했다.

한편 이번 인터뷰에서 오바마 대통령은 즐겨보는 TV쇼로 방송사 HBO의 드라마 '보드워크 엠파이어(Boardwalk Empire)'와 쇼타임 채널의 드라마' 홈랜드(Homeland)'를 들었고, 부인 미셸 여사와 두 딸은 ABC 방송사의 인기 시트콤인 '모던 패밀리(Mo dern Family)'라고 말했다.
